Jim has over 20 years of marketing, sales, and operations experience in the information security, software, and consulting industries. Jim, as a CPA (currently inactive), was also an internal auditor for a fortune 100 company for 7 years. His vision and passion for bringing effective and easy to use security solutions are the forces behind Pivot Group's success. Conveying the knowledge and conviction it takes to fight cyber crime, Jim offers a realistic view of today's security issues and remedies for the business community. He blends business goals with technology, training, policies, and improved processes to provide the appropriate security program and regulatory compliance for each individual company. Jim is a regular speaker and expert witness on Information Security. He is also currently a member of the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. In the past, Jim has held executive positions at D&B Software, SAP, and Primitive Root, an internet security company.
   
Greg Dejno

Greg has over 10 years of security and technology experience. Greg has a deep knowledge of security testing methodologies and technologies. Before joining Pivot Group, Greg has held positions with the Georgia Tech Research Institute and Siemens Electronic Assembly Systems providing customer service, technical support, network system design, and application development. Greg has an Electrical Engineering Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Faith is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Information Systems - Nova Southeastern University specializing in Information Assurance. Previously, Faith gained over 18 years of legal and IT Project Management experience with two law firms in Michigan. Faith is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. Faith also holds a Graduate Certificate in Information Assurance: System Administration in Information Security and a FEMA IS-00860 Introduction to the NIPP Certificate. Faith's favorite topics to continually research include telecommunications, secure remote access, GLB, NCUA Reg 748, HIPAA, ISO 17799/27001, regulatory and privacy compliance, risk assessments, information security policies and procedures, encryption, access control, and defense-in-depth safeguards. Faith is a member of the Michigan InfraGard Executive Board, the West Michigan InfraGard Advisory Panel, and the ConnecTech Greater Kalamazoo Board. She is also a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP), Computer Security Institute (CSI), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE), and Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).
